The Temptation in the Wilderness

Cinematic 16:9 shot, 6 seconds. Exterior of a barren, rocky wilderness at sunset. Jesus sits on a stone, emaciated and weary, his robe torn and dusty. The devil, depicted as a shadowy figure with a subtle serpentine form, whispers in his ear from behind a rock. Camera is a tight close-up on Jesus' face, then slowly arcs around to reveal the devil's silhouette and the desolate landscape. Lighting is harsh and orange from the setting sun, casting long shadows. The shot ends with Jesus turning his face away, resolute.
