The Triumphal Entry

Cinematic tracking shot from a low angle following Jesus as he rides a donkey through the crowded streets of Jerusalem. People wave palm branches and lay cloaks on the road. Camera moves backward ahead of Jesus, then swings to the side to show the cheering crowd. Bright daylight, dust, vibrant colors of robes. 35mm lens, slight handheld motion. Ending beat: Jesus pauses and looks toward the distant Temple, a tear on his cheek.
