The Annunciation to Joseph

Бытие

Cinematic 16:9 shot, 6 seconds. Interior of a modest first-century Galilean carpenter's workshop at dusk. Joseph, a weathered man in a rough linen tunic, kneels beside a half-finished wooden yoke, his hands frozen mid-plane. An angel of the Lord appears as a column of soft, warm light in the doorway, indistinct wings suggested by shadow. Camera starts at a low angle, close to the wood shavings on the floor, then slowly cranes upward and tilts to reveal Joseph's awe-struck face and the glowing figure. Lighting is warm amber from the angelic presence, contrasted with cool blue shadows in the corners. The shot ends on Joseph bowing his head in acceptance.
