Crucifixion

Mathayo

Cinematic 2.40:1 shot on a hill called Golgotha. Three crosses stand against a dark, stormy sky. Jesus hangs on the center cross. Camera starts with a low angle looking up at the cross, then slowly pulls back to a wide shot showing the crowd and the other crosses. Lightning flashes, and the earth shakes. Ends with Jesus saying 'It is finished' and bowing his head.
