The Angel Appears to the Shepherds

Revelation of John

Cinematic 16:9 shot, 1920x1080. A grassy hillside at night, with sheep grazing. Shepherds sit around a small fire. The camera starts on a wide shot of the peaceful scene, then a brilliant light floods the area. The camera tilts up to reveal an angel standing in the sky, surrounded by a multitude of heavenly hosts. The shepherds shield their eyes, their faces filled with fear and wonder. The camera moves through the shepherds, then focuses on the angel, who speaks with a gentle but powerful voice. The shot ends with a high-angle view of the shepherds looking up at the angelic choir. Lighting is dramatic, with the angelic light contrasting with the dark night.
