Nativity: Birth in the Stable

בְּרֵאשִׁית

Cinematic 16:9 shot inside a rustic Bethlehem stable at night, warm lantern glow. Camera slowly pushes in from a wide shot of the stable interior, hay scattered, animals in shadow, to a close-up of Mary cradling the newborn Jesus wrapped in swaddling cloths. Joseph kneels nearby, hands clasped. A single starbeam enters through a gap in the roof, illuminating the child's face. Dust motes float in the light. Ends with Mary kissing the baby's forehead as the camera holds on the intimate moment.
