Mark 15:21-39 — Crucifixion and Death

Mark 15:21-39

Cinematic 16:9 shot at Golgotha; Jesus hangs on the cross between two thieves, sky darkening; camera starts at a low angle looking up at the cross, then slowly pulls back to reveal the three crosses on the hill; dust and wind, dramatic clouds; ending beat: Jesus bows his head and the earth shakes as the centurion declares, 'Truly this man was the Son of God.'
